I MAY be able to get you in for a colonic outside of my normal hours depending on my schedule.

CHILD POLICIES

Children age 15 - 17 must have a physician's prescription to receive a colonic.

I cannot administer a colonic to a child under 15 years of age (per insurance).

The nature of this business involves clients in various states of undress.

Please do not bring children with you to your appointment.

If you bring your child with you, you will be asked to reschedule

 and will be charged a cancellation fee

 for the full amount of your scheduled service.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY

 I travel an hour to meet you for your appointment and there are product costs incurred in preparation for you. Please be respectful and provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Please CALL or TEXT me at 920-202-8189 as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment. Please do not email or message from the Square app for cancellations.

• NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT OF THE RESERVED SERVICES. NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the reserved services.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
• A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file or you will use one of your package credits.
• In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.  Each is considered on a case by case basis.
